Founded by Zubeida Daniels Ismail, wife, mama of two, certified birth doula, lactation counsellor, and traditional Malay-Javanese postpartum wellness practitioner.

Sacred Seasons was born from a heartfelt desire to preserve the beautiful wisdom of ancestral postpartum traditions while reviving the spirit of community through The Village.

Healing has always happened in community.

At Sacred Seasons, the village is a place where women and families are welcomed with open hearts. It is a space to learn, connect and share in the wisdom that has been lovingly passed down through generations.

Every gathering, conversation and offering is rooted in the belief that no mother should journey through these  seasons alone.

Sacred Seasons creates meaningful spaces for learning, connection and community through workshops, mama circles, birth education classes and gatherings.
